[QTI] RE: v2 import of template values

Check out the templateDefault class (http://imsglobal.org/question/qtiv2p1pd2/imsqti_infov2p1pd2.html#element10531 
). This allows an assessmentTest to push new values to templates in  
items. Of course to use this you need to arrange your items in a test...
