[QTI] QTI 2.1 draft specification withdrawn

Colin,

Thanks for clarifying the position with the specification.

Reading the license on the document I assume that users who registered 
on the site and downloaded the specification may continue to distribute 
the documents as per the license in support of software that was 
developed using the draft.

For those who've mislaid their original copies you can always use the 
internet archive to view them of course:

Perhaps you could make them available via the IMS website again but with 
a deprecation notice to indicate the change in status?  That would 
certainly be more convenient for the community I feel.
