[QTI] Horizontal choices in a choiceInteraction

Hi Bart;

I agree with Jon that this is outside the spec.

Like QTIEngine, JAssess lists the choices vertically, and also offers  
the choice of right or left buttons, tho in this case the choice is  
through a stylesheet and not available on a question-by question basis.

JAssess lists the choices vertically because more often than not the  
length of the choice text would result in the choices running off the  
screen with a horizontal choice.
