[QTI] Horizontal choices in a choiceInteraction

Hi Bart,

Off the top of my head I think this is outside of the spec. The spec
does allow a "class" attribute to be added to interactions (and other
visual elements) that will give the rendering engine hints about how
to render something, however the classes allowed inside this attribute
are rendering-engine specific.

I think the JQTI/QTIEngine XSLTs for choiceInteraction will enable you
to specify class="choiceleft" to position the text on the left of the
check-boxes/radio-buttons on the left as opposed to the right (by
default); however, there isn't currently a class to get the choices to
display horizontally (not that this would be difficult to add).

Jon
