[QTI] Version 2.0 tester

For testing qti items, you can use http://r2q2.qtitools.org & for  
full-blown assessments use http://playr.qtitools.org.

A standalone version of these that you can use on your own machine  
without an internet connection is available from http:// 
sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=214103&package_id=267229.
