[QTI] Questions

Folks must be busy :-) No replies to my last two emails.

However I'd really appreciate a quick nod in the right direction.

1. Where can I find a good tester to text QTI 2.0 documents to see how they
are supposed to behave?
2. In QTI 2.0 how do you tell the difference between a question bank and a
test?
