[QTI] QTI2 quiz with multiple attempts

Hi,

Apparently, in QTI2, there is a maxattempts attribute for <item>, but is
there something similar at the whole test level?

I'm getting into this after a long time of not using QTI2 at all, and
I'm having a hard time to find a complete list of elements and their
attributes in only one place. Is there such a place?
