[QTI] differences between qti v2.0 and v2.1

Hello,

Am I right in thinking that the implementation of the
assessmentItem including responseDeclaration,
itemBody, responseProcessing and Feedback are the same
in v2.0 and 2.1. Grouping assessment items to a
assessment test differs in v2.0 and v2.1.
