Currently (although not forever) we're most interested in the list approved
by Becta in the UK, as these are the ones that are going to be used in this
country over the next few years. The most popular of them as far as I'm
aware are RM, Viglen and Ramesys, although UniServity seem to be coming up
fast (this is only personal experience, not official stats). Still, the main
thing coming out of your post is that we can't really guarantee any decent
support for QTI.
My feeling is that we're best off sticking to our current format, but maybe
making an 'export to QTI' widget. Best of both worlds, I think.
