[QTI] applications that use ims qti

As David McClelland said, Respondus can do this to some extent. As far
as I know it just supports QTI 1.2.1 and it only has very limited
feedback options available when its QTI personality is selected,
presumably to maximize compatibility with different delivery platforms.
The flexibility of both 1.2.1 and 2.* QTI specifications means that a
really simple to use editor that can deal with any imported item is
unlikely to happen, however I expect there are a lot of editors that can
deal with a subset of QTI 1.2.1 (as defined in the Common Cartridge
profile) in development. My own one, QuizAuthor, which is an authoring
tool based on QTIViewer, should be ready for public testing in a few
weeks. It will support 1.2.1 item and assessment authoring and have a
2.1 export option.
