[QTI] QTI 21.1 meta-data question

Uma,
I see nobody got back to this query from some time ago. I think the
problem with this type of question is that metadata tends to be very
community specific. So words like "Grade" (I'm guessing this is what we
call "Year" in the UK) and "Skill" are hard to map onto standard
metadata frameworks like LOM (which QTI recommends).
One way to go about trying to solve this problem is to find somebody in
the community that defines those terms for you and see if they have
already started mapping these terms onto 'standard' metadata frameworks
like LOM or dublin core.
In the US, SIF have made some progress I believe.
