[QTI] Problems with textEntryInteractions in r2q2

ok, I found a solution for this problem:

the outcomeDeclaration for SCORE needs a default
Value:

<outcomeDeclaration identifier="SCORE"
cardinality="single" baseType="float">
<defaultValue>
   <value>0</value>
</defaultValue>
</outcomeDeclaration>

Now I'm wondering why other question types for example
multiple choice works in r2q2 without this defaultValue.
