[QTI] More questions: AssessmentItemRef and True/False type

Hi All,
Regarding the 1st question below, we are continuing
with seperate xmls for each assessmentItem. Just
wanted to confirm if its otherwise or there are any
alternatives?
Regarding 2nd question, I would really need help
from you all,
