[QTI] Format for answer/result of a candidate

Uma,

If you have a separate scoring server then you can still use the results 
reporting format to send the data to the server.  In fact, the examples 
that were posted on the forum by the previous poster were examples of 
results reports being used to send candidate responses (answers).

I suggest that the scoring server read the report, carrying out the 
response processing and then output an updated report with the values of 
the outcomes as well as the responses.  Note that the rules might be 
defined in QTI but they don't have to be if your system involves complex 
automated operations or workflow-managed human marking.
