[QTI] about listening questions

Dear all,
   
  We have been designing an online tester system for turkish language certification. in which we have listening type questions, in these questions we have wav files which are changeable for each questions. Our questions are like:
   
  wav1+ blank session for student to answer + wav2 + blank session for student to answer + wav3 + ...
   
  Is there a suitable way in QTI 2.* to represent listening parts including the durations of the listening files? Or is there a way in QTI to represent the time coordinate of the question, as the actions in time line, can I say begin recording action at this time, start playing file at this time etc., Any answers should be appreciated,
