[QTI] open source projects based on IMS-qti

Hello,

my first post in this list, just to say greetings and ask about other people
producing open source tools based on the IMS.

my name is Felipe Gaucho, and I have a long-time project wich aims to
publish a tools-for-teaching suite: https://schoolbus.dev.java.net/

nowadays I am migrating the architecture to the Java JEE 5 platform and asap
I will release the alpha version of the Quaestio:
