[QTI] Human Evaluated Question Types

Hi,
   
  My company is preparing to make a tester module for language education, we are planning to benefit from qti v2.1 for the examination software. In our exam we have choice based questions and also other questions for human (evaluater) evaluation such as a composition writing in a foreign language; Is it a good practice to use qti items for those type of questions ? 
   
  I guess we can handle the questions using extendedTextInteraction but is it sensible to use qti for not computer evaluated types of questions? Should we part out those kind of questions out of qti context for being out of computer based testing ? Is there for your knowledge constructs for human-based test scoring in qtiv2.1?
