[QTI] Java API / Implementation for QTI

Hello,

I'd like to ask whether there is any freely usable Java API for the QTIv2
standard. I've been searching for quite a while now and didn't come to
anything that would fulfil my expectations. Most of the related sites I
found are rather outdated or the author just seem to stop working on the
particular project.

Would anyone be so kind and drop me a hint where to search on? What I expect
is something that would read the XML files in QTIv2 format for me and return
some kind of object (or just something I could use further in my Java code)
filled with the files' content.
