[QTI] Documented QTI 2.1 schema

Hi folks,

does anyone of you know if theres a QTI 2.1 schema outside which uses  
xs:documentation? I want to create an easy to use documentation with  
HTML which eases the creation of QTI files a lot (something Niall had  
with his Interactive QTI documentation for 1.2.1). But the only  
schema I find is that one provided on the IMS download pages and it's  
not documented... :-(
