Engin,
When the list reports that attachments have been scrubbed it gives a URL
through which you can find the files.
Unfortunately, the URL is missing the scheme and hostname and as a result
it isn't clickable - sorry.
Anyway, you can always just put http://lists.ucles.org.uk back in front of
the reported Urls to get the attachments.
