[QTI] Open Source QTI tools?

Hi there,
I'm new to QTI.
I need to use an OpenSource QTI authoring tool.
>From the search I did only OLAT LMS supports QTI export, but it doesn't support various kinds of queries.

I need an OpenSource QTI editor that supports multiple kinds of queries and if possible QTI 2. Do I need much? Ok I compromise Open Source/some query types/QTI 1.2
