[QTI] QTI: extendedTextInteraction

The class attribute is allowed and is indeed the way people would be
encouraged to do this. In this situation, I would normally try and think
about how I would do this in XHTML (with CSS) and then see how my solution
translates to QTI.
Although I know this isn't a strictly QTI question, how do you make the
mark float in the right margin with CSS? It would be interesting to see if
there is something in CSS that reproduces what people generally do, which I
think is floating in the right margin aligned with the last line of text in
the associated block, or do you format the marks so that they steal
horizontal space from the block itself like a right aligned tab-stop in
Word?
