[QTI] QTI: extendedTextInteraction

I expect you can use something like <span class="marks"> and then do a
right align in the display part on the marks class (in the css if you
display it using html).
I couldn't find whether or not class is an allowed attribute in QTI2,
but it probably is, otherwise the span xhtml element would be rather
useless.
