QTI metadata application profile

Dear all,

In order to address the deferred issue of QTI-specific metadata, v1.0 of the
COLA application profile for IMS QTI metadata has now been published and can
be accessed at http://cetis.ac.uk/profiles/ukcmf/.  This profile has been
developed by Niall Sclater, manager of the CETIS Assessment SIG, with input
from many others, in particular Phil Barker of the CETIS Metadata and
Digital Repositories SIG.  Feedback is always welcome, to
niall.sclater at strath.ac.uk.
