varsubset

Hi Nagendra,

The binding document says that <varsubset> has been included to
lid-grp responses.

I have implemented lid-grp as a pair matching style with two
lists of options. Each varsubset is used to define a single pairing
to be tested. I have not used the setmatch attribute. This would
work the same way if the two lists were rendered as a matrix.

I have also used it in lid-choice with cardinality ordered,
to define the order. Clearly it is not really a set (since
it is defining an order) but it is convenient. I use the
setmatch=partial to specify the order of a subset of
the full list.

Best wishes,
Dick Bacon.
