Download of QTI1.2.1 pdf documents

Hi,

When I donwload the released QTI1.2.1 pdf documents, It consist of only
imsqti_addv1p2p1.pdf.
As per this Addednum document there are some changes & correction to the
existiong documents(Info, bind etc.)
where  can I find these corrected/modified pdf for download
